My mission is to provide integrative care to pregnant people and emerging parents through both programmatic and personal support.

With a master’s in Public Health and years of multidisciplinary work, I aim to improve perinatal health outcomes and increase birth equity by using community-driven and evidence-based strategies.

My approach to promoting reproductive health is multi-faceted and leverages both individual autonomy and community organizing.

Seeking to understand the systems at play that both prevent and promote community health and wellbeing, I am especially interested in using this knowledge to improve the health and mental health outcomes of pregnant people and emerging parents. While earning my master’s in Public Health, I focused my research on expanding prenatal health education, understanding communication and media strategies around mental health messaging, and advocating for birth equity and maternal mental healthcare.

Recognizing that perinatal health begins far before conception, I spent time working with UCLA’s Prevention Center of Excellence to develop comprehensive and inclusive sexual health educational materials. It has also been my great honor and privilege to serve on the board of the Reproductive Health Student Interest Group (RHIG) at UCLA to foster more community around reproductive health issues.
